For domestic deliveries within Malaysia.

• Allow 7-10 days for delivery within Malaysia after a successful transaction.

For International deliveries outside of Malaysia.

• Allow two-three weeks for delivery outside of Malaysia after a successful transaction.
• If for any reason your order cannot be sent, you will be notified immediately.

If your order is urgent and you would like to receive it within 3 days, please email Customer Service and write “Shipping” in the subject line. Advice on additional charges will be emailed. Delivery will then be sent upon confirmation and agreement to the additional cost of delivery. This form of delivery is possible but cannot be guaranteed for all items and location.

If no one’s ever at your house, you can have your goods delivered to your work address.
